Hey there, I'm Kristy. I'm an Expressive Arts Therapist with a big heart and a passion for helping others. I support adults, teens and adolescents with issues like depression, anxiety, conflict, and trauma. I’m committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for clients to heal. I trained at the Winnipeg Expressive Arts Therapy Institute and am a member in good standing with the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I’m here to work alongside you to build insight, strengthen connections, and offer support that meets you where you are.
