Starting therapy can feel intimidating. Most people reach out when something just isn’t working anymore — maybe you’re overwhelmed, stuck in the same arguments, anxious all the time, burned out at work, or wondering why things that “shouldn’t be so hard” feel so heavy. You don’t need a diagnosis to deserve support, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in community mental health. I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families and I’ve met people in all kinds of situations.
