Welcome! I’m Kristen, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist, dedicated to supporting those who often put others first, sometimes at great personal cost. I have a deep respect for the unique realities faced by individuals working in corrections, the military, emergency services, and other first responder roles—people who navigate high-pressure environments and are often the first to respond in moments of crisis. I am equally passionate about supporting adults living with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, or eating disorders. My work is informed by my extensive clinical experience working with these populations.
