I'm Kristen Bilenky, a clinical social worker, dedicated to helping people in Manitoba navigate grief, anxiety, depression, eating concerns, and family challenges. My approach combines evidence-based therapeutic methods with genuine warmth and understanding. Using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family systems approaches, I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies for healing and growth. I see adults and teens in my practice.
