My ideal clients are youth, young adults, and families navigating depression, anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional challenges that impact relationships, school, work, or self-esteem. They’re seeking support to better understand themselves. They may be facing school avoidance, difficulty managing emotions, identity confusion, or feeling stuck in patterns they can’t break on their own. Many have experienced trauma, family conflict, or periods of disconnection from their goals or community. What they need most is a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard and the right support to build tools for coping, confidence, and lasting change.
