I provide a relational, supportive space for children, teens, and families, as well as individual adults. We often see a child’s struggle before we understand it. Whether it’s the restless energy of ADHD, the quiet withdrawal of anxiety, or the complex 'acting out' that follows trauma and adversity, these behaviors are usually a search for safety. It is incredibly difficult to watch your child hurt and feel like you’ve run out of tools to help them.
