I tell all clients that they are the true expert of themselves. I have only the privilege of their trust and objectivity to help resolve their treatment concerns. We all need the courage to be imperfect since we are all living in an imperfect world with imperfect others. As such, I provide a non-judgmental space so clients feel heard and understood, as they are working to resolve their treatment concern(s). Non-judgement and collaborating with clients helps them to become their own therapist and overcome their life's struggles, achieve emotional balance, improve relationships, restore self-confidence and make lasting changes.
