As a humanistic and existentially oriented therapist, I believe every individual holds an innate drive toward growth—even amidst pain. I’m here to walk alongside you, not to “fix” you, but to witness, support, and gently guide you back to your own inner truth. I work with children, youth, and adults, many of whom are navigating the challenges of cultural identity, emotional overwhelm, intergenerational trauma, or difficult life transitions.
