I am the proud co owner of Empire Therapy and have been serving youth and families for almost 30 years. I strongly believes in the power of hope and principles of recovery for the treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders. My experience includes providing support to those navigating the criminal justice and educational systems as well as treatment within various inpatient and outpatient settings. I have therapeutic interests in the areas of mindfulness, child and adolescent development, drama therapy and clinical areas of anxiety, depression, substance abuse and trauma.
