Many of my clients are busy professionals balancing demanding careers, caregiving, relationships, and the mental load of daily life, often feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I understand how cultural expectations and family dynamics can add another layer to this experience, and as a second-generation immigrant, I bring that perspective into my work with care and respect. Additionally, I have experience supporting healthcare professionals to navigate workplace stress, imposter syndrome, and system-level challenges. I also work with individuals in high-stakes situations, including complaints and disciplinary investigations.
