Therapy can help when you feel disconnected from yourself, emotionally overwhelmed, or tired of carrying everything alone. Many of the people I work with are highly sensitive adults, adoptees, artists, helping professionals, seniors, veterans, and those questioning long-held beliefs, identities, or relationships. I support clients experiencing religious trauma, recovery & addiction concerns, grief/loss, late-life transition. I use a relational, emotion focused, trauma-informed process that takes as long as it takes.
