People come to therapy because they feel stuck repeating patterns—in relationships, work, or any compulsive behavior—that they don’t fully understand. Therapy can help uncover what’s driving those patterns and how to change them. Much of my work focuses on how addiction and emotional patterns affect relationships—whether it's helping someone change their relationship with substances, or helping couples rebuild trust and communication. I also offer in-home therapy for clients in Los Angeles who prefer the privacy and convenience of working in their own environment.
