Hi, I'm Kerstin! I primarily work with children, teens, and new and expecting moms. Whether it’s the teenage years or the transition into pregnancy and early motherhood, both seasons bring a lot of change, emotion, and adjustment that can feel overwhelming. Many clients come to me feeling stressed, anxious, or unsure of how to navigate what they’re going through. In our work together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and find a steadier way forward.
