Hello! I support people with childhood trauma, anxiety, burnout, parenting stress, self esteem and relationship challenges. I am a registered NIHB provider and have worked with the indigenous community throughout my life. Our sessions will feel both exploratory—to deepen understanding—and practical, offering immediate strategies for relief. In our first session, we’ll clarify what you want from therapy and choose approaches that fit you best.
