No matter our age or life stage, the human experience can be challenging, and at times painful. I believe we all have the inner resources and capacity for growth, healing, and well-being, however, at times we need assistance connecting with this. Therapy can facilitate that process. Using non-judgemental presence and compassionate curiosity, I work with clients to facilitate exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Helping clients to gain clarity and understanding of their struggle and experience, and in turn, discover new ways of coping and operating.
