I enjoy working with varying ages and different dynamics of people. My areas of high interest include: Depression and Mood, Anxiety and Overwhelm, Family and Relationship Difficulties, Self-Awareness, Stress and Burnout, and ADHD. An area of high interest is working with individuals who have a desire to explore a deeper sense of self and may be working through life transitions or looking to get reacquainted with themselves. I take a relational approach to therapy and believe that the client/therapist connection is essential in cultivating meaningful change for the client.
