I am an open-minded therapist who isn’t quick to judge and who understands everyone has baggage they must carry and at times that baggage gets hard to carry alone. Let me help you carry your load. My life philosophy & treatment philosophy overlap in that I firmly believe you shouldn’t judge anyone because who are we to judge considering we all have struggles and difficulties we endure. We are all here to serve a purpose. I became a mental health professional to support others through life’s challenging times or when they are stuck.
