I offer psychotherapy and art therapy services to all ages in person, and ages 13+ virtually. Many who choose to attend therapy with me are looking for help navigating difficulties including but not limited to depression, anxiety, identity, transition, trauma and grief. Previous art experience is not a requirement, and many forms of creativity may be explored depending on your areas of interest and comfort. I will structure sessions based on your needs, from planned directives to free art making, from listening to engaged conversation, together we will discover what works for you.
