I am passionate about providing compassionate, collaborative therapy that meets clients where they are and is grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that every person has a unique story and deserves individualized care. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I tailor my approach not only to each client’s goals and needs, but also to the pace that feels right for them. Healing is not linear, and I am committed to supporting clients through both the challenges and the growth that arise along the way.
