Welcome! I have over 20 years working with teenagers, young adults and older adults. I invite you to reach out if you have experienced childhood trauma, anxiety, grief (loss, death, separation/divorce), parenting/coparenting or relationship issues. Working with me will provide you insight into making sense out of your personal struggles while helping you learn tools to create positive change. As a compassionate counsellor I am available to teach the needed skills for navigating relationships, building confidence and strengthening your mental health.
