Hello and welcome! I am a Psychotherapist/Registered Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical practice with adults, kids/teens, couples & families. Many clients I work with are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, current and past relational issues stemming from unresolved trauma and/or unmet attachment needs. Together we will explore ongoing challenges to uncover their origins; gaining insight, strengthening resiliency and working towards meaningful change.
