EMDR therapy is for you if you feel like you should be okay, but are not. Many of my clients are caregivers, first responders, medical professionals, and outdoor adventurers who are used to pushing through but feel internally exhausted or unable to shift long-standing patterns. I specialize in EMDR therapy for this experience, when you are functioning but your nervous system still feels overwhelmed or impacted by the past.
