I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who believes therapy is not about fixing who you are, but about gaining understanding, self-compassion and authentic support. I have over five years of experience working with individuals in care and educational settings which informs how I support clients in navigating challenges related to communication, identity exploration, emotional regulation, relationships, executive functioning, anxiety, self-esteem and burnout. As a second-generation Caribbean therapist, I understand and respect how culture, family dynamics and intergenerational experiences shape mental health and wellness.
