All of my sessions are being conducted virtually at this time... Life is challenging and it can be difficult trying to navigate the ups and downs of life without support. It can feel overwhelming and hopeless especially when you, your child and/or family is struggling. You are not alone. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I provide a safe place for teens, families, and individuals to work through all of the emotions experienced through out life's challenges.
