I am a Social Worker with over a decade of clinical experience in children's mental health. I am passionate about supporting children and families who are struggling with the impact of trauma, attachment difficulties, developmental trauma, and other mental health challenges. I am trained in attachment and trauma informed therapies including Theraplay, EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Psycho-Sensory Intervention. I am certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), an evidenced-based approach that supports nervous system regulation and enhances the ability to feel safe.
