I create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and build the tools you need to feel more grounded. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-informed, blending techniques from CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I’m trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have advanced training in perinatal mental health.
