Hi and Welcome! I am a therapist working with adults, perinatal parents, children (4-18 years old) and their families faced with trauma and attachment concerns. The main areas I focus on in practice include complex and intergenerational trauma, attachment, mood and anxiety disorders, attention-deficit and behavioural concerns, parental support, infant mental health (0-6), and complex family/foster family dynamics. For perinatal populations I focus on mood and anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, parental challenges, relationship strains, reproductive health, infertility, and third party reproduction.
