My message to you is: 1) I am excited to meet you. You're here doing your research and maybe debating whether you even believe in therapy- I already like your vibe and I love a challenge when it comes to earning trust and building a connection. 2) You are NOT alone! Yes, you are strong and independent and probably have whole areas of your life where you're crushing it. But the hard parts, the rocks you keep having to throw into your backpack, zip it up, and keep grinding your way through shifts with- You don't have to keep going it alone- I would love to join your on your hike to amazing views and a sense of accomplishment.
