I believe trust and safety are key to a positive therapeutic relationship. I specialize in working with Individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, relationship issues and life stressors. My goal is to help you improve emotional wellness and overall well-being. I also work with teachers, medical professionals, and those w/high stress careers. I provide clinical supervision to other therapists as well.
