In today's fast-paced world, with constant demands and stressors, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or out of balance. I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, grief and loss, infidelity, relationship issues, trauma, and multicultural and interracial experiences. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and others so you can live a more balanced, meaningful, and authentic life. As an Asian American therapist, I offer a culturally responsive, relational, and trauma-informed approach, influenced by Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy.
