Every couple gets stuck sometimes. The same arguments resurface, communication breaks down, and it can start to feel like you’re missing each other, even when you both care deeply. The ways we reach for one another, protect ourselves, or pull away are often shaped by patterns we didn’t consciously choose. The good news is these patterns can shift. Couples therapy offers a space to slow down together and truly hear one another again. A place to make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface, repair disconnection, and begin building a more secure, fulfilling way of relating together. I bring a warm, grounded, and deeply human
