As an Integrative Psychotherapist, Psychedelic Preparation (harm reduction) and Integration Specialist, Social Worker & Energy/Somatic practitioner, I use complementary therapy approaches to assist in developing the tools necessary to navigate life challenges and create a sense of healing, balance and wholeness.
