Hi! I am accepting new clients - A lot of the people I work with feel like they “know better” but still get pulled into the same patterns whether that’s in relationships, emotional reactions, or substance use. They’re often high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or inconsistent underneath. I help clients get to the root of these patterns, process what’s driving them, and build the ability to respond differently so they feel more grounded, in control, and aligned with how they want to show up.
