About

I am a queer therapist, helper, and artist of mixed English, Irish, Franco-Ontarian, and Anishinaabe ancestry, with familial ties to the Lake Nipissing region. I work with adults and youth navigating trauma, grief, identity exploration, intergenerational trauma, substance use, life transitions, and relational challenges. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, burnt out, or disconnected after moving through systems that did not fully see or support them. I especially love working with Indigenous and 2SLGBTQA+ people, neurodivergent folks, highly sensitive people, creatives, and helping professionals.
