Have you ever felt utterly alone, anxious, and disconnected? I too felt unsure, overwhelmed, and had trouble coping with life’s curve balls. My journey involved learning to lean into discomfort, to be open and vulnerable, and that one wrong turn does not mean the end. By opening up my authentic self to others and to myself, I learned that I am enough. I believe success in therapy is achieved by using an individualized approach that celebrates the qualities that bring us together as well as those that make us unique. We all face our own battles, but we do not have to go it alone.
