Welcome to Foothills Counselling Psychology, a small private practice in Calgary and the Foothills (see website to view all clinicians). Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, traumatic invalidation, impulsive behaviours, grief and loss, Borderline Personality Disorder, stressors, wanting to find meaning, or looking to build and maintain meaningful relationships, I am here to help. Our goal is to help you decrease and change the things that get in the way of your long term goals, and help you build and live a life that you value. I provide both individual counselling as well as couples counselling.
