I understand that asking for support can be a challenging, yet a brave first step. It isn’t easy to have the courage to say that you need support and I welcome you here. I bring to you experience working in a variety of fields, from mental health, addictions, social relationships, and palliative care. In my sessions, I work from a trauma informed, anti-oppressive analysis, appreciating that trauma can be the basis of many challenges individuals may face. My practice is structured with a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational and solution focused interventions.
