I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and are ready for change, even if taking that first step feels scary. Many of my clients struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, low self-esteem, perfectionism, or self-criticism. Together, we explore the underlying factors that keep these patterns in place, build self-compassion, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self can emerge.
