I offer personal empowerment through intentional work with plants, fungi and compounds, as well as integration therapy following psychedelic experiences. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, relational issues and/or trauma, your journey is unique. Transpersonal therapy is holistic and may encompass many modalities such as mindfulness, body work, breathwork, sound therapy, and EMDR. We will work together with your inner healing intelligence to develop a meaningful path to health and wellbeing.
