I am a Licensed Therapist and the CEO of Victoria Community Counseling. My speciality is trauma work, depression and anxiety issues, overcoming fear, shame and issues related to childhood trauma. As a trained EMDR Therapist, I use mindfulness and empowerment techniques, especially EMDR skills to help you overcome the "stuck feeling" and create more adaptive problem solving skills. I focus on phobias (such as fear of driving or flying) or fear of animals. My second specialty is working with adolescents presenting with anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral issues, trauma in families, co-parenting issues and more.
