I am a mental health professional with over ten years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. My work is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach, with attention to the ways personal history, relationships, identity, and social context shape emotional well-being. I trained at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy and hold a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Psychology, as well as a two-year postgraduate diploma in Clinical Sexology.
