I believe that all people have the capacity to transform suffering into wisdom. My intention is to support your self-healing by providing tools for self-inquiry, awareness building, emotional healing, healthy relationships, and nervous system regulation. I strive to create a deeply nurturing and safe space from which to explore life’s challenges and work to genuinely connect with you so that counselling is customized to your unique needs and resources. I use EMDR and an integrative approach to assist with healing the past and building resiliency so that you can lead a more whole and fulfilling life.
