Many of us have periods in life when we need support to cope with life and/or to process what has happened to us in the past. I believe that reaching out for support is a strength; it is something I have done myself and find value in. I provide a safe and caring environment to work with clients in creating goals, building coping skills and self compassion, clarifying values, and identifying current and building new external and internal resources. My approach is patient and calm and I believe building rapport to be an essential building block to our work together.
