Living with "borderline personality disorder" (BPD) can be isolating, confusing, and exhausting. So can seeking support — especially if we have experienced stigma, shaming, or felt misunderstood in the mainstream mental health world. I believe it doesn’t have to be this way, and I work to offer support and information for people with BPD that honours and accepts the many different ways we can show up in the world. Our work together will be co-created, rather than defined or directed by me. It will be a space where you have the opportunity to talk, feel, process, and grow.
