Hello, I’m Karlene Langman, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology (Honours) from Yorkville University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies from Laurentian University. I support individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, with a focus on trauma recovery, grief support, and play-based therapy for children and teens. My experience also includes facilitating group therapy, where I’ve seen the powerful role of connection in building resilience and healing.
