Our office is located in Downey, and we offer both in-person and telehealth services. If life has been feeling heavy lately—like you’re carrying a lot but can’t quite name what’s wrong—you’re not alone. You may be doing your best to hold everything together while feeling anxious, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself and others. We’re here to listen without judgment, help you understand what you’re feeling, and support you in finding more calm, clarity, and balance. Healing is not a race, and you do not have to do it alone.
