My ideal clients often feel like something deeper needs healing. They may look like they’re holding it together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. Many come to therapy carrying unresolved trauma, grief, stress, depression, or relationship pain. They may feel easily triggered, disconnected from themselves, weighed down by painful memories, or unsure how past experiences continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
