Through individual or couples therapy, I’ll help you navigate complex life experiences —some of which you may never have shared before — working towards meaningful, lasting change. Our internal patterns are shaped by relationships (or the lack of them), and they can evolve within the safe, supportive space of therapy. True change often requires stepping into discomfort, I aim to provide a space safe enough to explore, without being so safe that we inhibit growth. It is essential to find a therapist with whom you feel both secure enough to share openly, and challenged enough to confront long held beliefs and ways of being.
