I’m Karen, and I help clients navigating grief in all its forms, whether after the death of someone you love or through non-death losses like divorce, illness, job change, or estrangement. Grief can feel like waves that come out of nowhere, leaving you exhausted, isolated, or unsure of who you are now. You may notice trouble concentrating, changes in sleep, or a loss of motivation. With over 25 years of experience in education and supporting people through life’s hardest seasons, I offer space to make sense of your story and begin to heal in ways that fit you.
