I have been a lifetime soul seeker and for 35 years I have helped many traverse their paths toward wholeness and well-being. I work with both individuals and couples. Together we collaborate in helping you become more present with yourself as you grow your mind, body, spirit awareness. With greater self understanding, you have more capacity to strengthen your inner resources to minimize or eliminate emotional pain, to deepen your connection with others, and to live the life you want for yourself. I offer you a safe and non judgmental environment where you are invited to explore as deeply as you are comfortable with.
